Contemporary Blue Carnival Glass Plate

Pattern: Garden of Eden

~Fenton Glass Company~

ca 1980s

THIS IS SO NEAT!  I don't care who you are... you should be able to appreciate the DETAIL on this plate!!  The pattern is Garden of Eden and you can see it all! Adam, Eve, the serpent, apple, God, animals, etc!  Just outstanding!!

These aren't really easy to come by so take a look!!

Pretty coloring!!!  So many AWESOME colors atop this cobalt blue glass! The Fenton workers didn't always do a perfect job with iridizing these but I have definitely seen ones with more missing iridescence. And here, since the glass is cobalt, anything missing seems to blend.

Signed by Fenton with it's 1980s era signature and a partial sticker. It's also signed Hal Reed who was the artist who designed the plate. The signature is between the deer's legs and tough to see in the photo but it's there.

I use no artificial lighting, all is natural light from outdoors... this means I do not take a lamp outside with me to make my glass look shiny... inside when you open these items they will have a better shine because of your indoor lighting.  I also don't use any "super sheen" products or anything on the glass other than mild detergent/soap to wash the dirt off with.

*Remember, no 2 pieces of carnival EVER look the same... if you like what you see here, then this is the one for you to buy.*
